		<description>opt-in email updates are a possibility no one has asked for yet. 

Fully threaded (slashdot style) comments were originally designed from day one, but it was way too hard on the database. I never could figure out the programming gymnastics to create the parent-daughter relationships between messages quickly, without taxing resources.

I could have just one level of replies (like this comment could go directly under yours, but you couldn&apos;t start a new thread below this comment, it would have to be at the same level). This is already programmed, but I never turned it &quot;on&quot;.</description>
