"Our videos were named 'Podcast of the Week' by BBC - Radio 4's Saturday Live!!!" David Blackburn and Andrea van Wallenburg's canning site. Of course, there's the fruit, veggie, tomato video tutorials, but there's also one for meats, namely chili, with an unusual recipe that actually looks like it might be good (although it will leave most chili-heads rolling their eyes), and the one for canning pâtés, meatloaf and fish. You can view their videos on their site, but YT's screen size is easier on the eyes: Chili | Pâté

This post was deleted for the following reason: this is more of an ad than a canning site. -- jessamyn
