Designer Chris Yates sums Poop Sign up pretty well: 'It's like a stop sign but it says "POOP!"' Will it become the new iPhone as Quality Control predicts, or just another Pepsi Poo?

A stop sign is the last thing I would expect a poop sign to be shaped like.

Wouldn't a "GO" sign be more appropriate? (If there were such a thing, I guess.)

ericb: You're obviously not the only one who felt this way - whois.net has already maxed out it's number of lookups for this address for the day.

I can only imagine that's because a new user who has just the minimum number of posts allowed to create a FPP just posted a link to a silly little product that just went live on June 2nd. Oh, and a totally unrelated webcomic that just happens to link to the product in some remote, contextless corner.

Of course, there is no information whatsoever in the whois, so I guess it really can't be PROVED this is spam or anything. . .

But it IS a bad post, anyway, so maybe justice will still be served in a roundabout way.

So, this is from the LOLCAT school of web desgn? The only plain text on the whole site in on the "buy it now" page. Even the FAQ is a bunch of images. Images hosted on Amazon S3, no less.

Doesn't hold a candle to "Hemp hill ave.", which is a real road in Georgia Tech. Another better real sign is "No dumping", when mounted above your toilet.

Now poop sign compatible with ordinary stop sign mounting or stackable over an ordinary stop sign would rock for those wishing to perform pranks. But arret, no war, shit, stoop, sit, and sup are all equally good for replacing real stop signs.
