Anthony Powell is a photographer based in Antarctica. In addition to his photography, he's shot some excellent time-lapse video of the Southern Lights and a Day in the Life of Antarctica.

Nice videos.

When studying in Iceland a couple of years ago I'd open the window in the middle of the night to stare at the aurora. Icelandic girlfriend wass unimpressed and rather cold, but it was beautiful.

I'm an admitted time-lapse junkie and have viewed hours of the stuff, but that aurora video is truly a thing of beauty...thank you!
