While the illustration is nice in a few places, the lettering is dreadful - it looks to have been done in a hurry, and a lot of it slants all over the place - if that was intentional I think it was a bad choice. Oh, and the writing's awful too.

Cool, I haven't looked at Busted Wonder in a while. Love her artwork.

Art's great. The writing's a toothache, but then again I also really really really didn't like Phonogram (my fiancée loved it, though)

I think the artwork is lovely, but the story reads like a cross between Something Wicked This Way Comes and Labyrinth fan fiction.

Why spend time worrying about the lettering?

I thought the artwork was nice but the story kind of dragged on and didn't make too much sense in the second half.

I really like that Ex Terminus comic in the Charity Larrison link, thanks for posting this!

Aww, I thought it was cute. It erred on the side of precious frippery, but if I'm going to forgive the outsized inanity of the superhero comics that I love, I can forgive this.

Kieren Gillen is also one of the best games critics out there and kind of jump started new games journalism. You can usually find his writing at the excellent Rock, Paper, Shotgun and Eurogamer.

I'm glad I didn't read the comments here before I read this because I truly loved it, so much so that I bought the poster so that I could always have a piece of the beautiful art somewhere near. Thank you for this, netbros.
