Interesting, but the gas mask has certainly become the go-to headgear of the avant garde over the years. I wonder what drew him to it. I guess they are evergreen. Cliche or not, I do like these designer ones, though.

Actually in one of the links he explains the gas mask was part of a post 9/11 dream he had.
