They look a little glum for people who have fun dressing up. I can imagine the photographer seething with exasperation as he reminds the subject for the tenth time to "Please. Stop. Smiling! Please!".

Ha! Some of those are awesome.
By the way, seeing the person in the imperial guard outfit reminded me that in the SW-OT, I was so disappointed as a kid that we never got to see those dudes in action. I was waiting for them to bust out some serious shit and fuck a brother up.
