Shouldn't it send the same postcard message to the sender's email as well? Also, the song should begin automatically when the message is viewed.

Now your Dear John letters can play the theme from Dear John.

Until they get bought out and change the terms of service.

What eriko said.

Plus... if I have the song and the image, why wouldn't I just email them to my friend myself? Not sure I really understand this.

It's rude to enter a friend's e-mail address into a web form, even one that claims not to re-use the addresses, for now.

If you have to use such a service, send the e-mail to yourself and then forward it on.

Why does everyone assume these are going to friends?

I personally plan to use this as a means to notify enemies of my intention to punch em in the dick.

I expect that there are already five of these on the way from my sis. She's a flash-greeting addict.

It's an ecard. Like for birthdays or the holidays. But one you can design yourself.
