The "CRA caused the bubble" is one of those lies the right tells itself, like the world is 7000 years old, gays are moral scum, trees cause pollution, global warming is scientific hoax, there were WMDs in Iraq, deficits don't matter, the US still has sufficient oil reserves to affect the price of the stuff, etc etc.
