Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rap, by the Notorious B.O.A.L.T. (audio NSFW)

This may be in the "Dennis Miller Ratio," but for those who get it, it's something awesome. Plus, the man can also dance.

So glad I didn't go to a T13 right now. There are downsides to not going to one, but at least you don't turn into that.

whoaali: I'm at GULC, and yes, every single one of us is fucking insane.

Yeah that's more or less what I encountered at the various combined law school bar reviews. Once got randomly humped by a GULCer while I was standing in the corner of a bar talking to a friend. It was like he appeared out of thin air, impressive stealth, unbelievably creepy, even worse hair. Ahh memories.

Wow, very nice. I was hoping they'd work on Erie Railroad and choice-of-law, but was disappointed. Seems like "forum shopping" could be easily worked in.

The best law school band name is the Habeas Corpses. (Your Love Was) Contributory Negligence is one of the greatest songs of all time.

That's hilarious. I really want to send this link to my Civ Pro teacher, but have no idea how it would be received. Gonna have to ponder that for a second. Thanks.

Oh! Hey, fantastic! He strung together some words that vaguely sound alike onto an old, over-used, rap beat.

Besides, the guy can move around and wiggle a little bit. I don't know if I would go so far as to say he can dance.

i'm a person who *loves* to laugh - i find something funny every single day. but i've literally never read or heard a law joke that actually cracked me up - how is that possible?

This made me laugh:

Judge 11 said you tried to sanction my game
But 11 also gave me 21 to explain
And you should know, lawyer, that the laws be pliant
And now I got three weeks to pin it on my client

Because the law as a profession is for people who were blessed with innate smarts, but were born with absolutely 0 curiosity, creativity, or humanity whatsoever.

What? No R19? Or did I miss it? I am outraged. OUTRAGED!

[P.S.: Much as I agree with the sentiment "Fuck Torts! Fuck Contracts! Fuck Property!" You might want to throw down a NSFW tag on that, yo.]

I'm convinced law jokes are the reason so many lawyers suffer from depression.

A: So what do you do?
B: I'm a lawyer.
A: Oh, hey, what do you call 100 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean?
B: (quietly shoots self in face)

I am a former insane GULCer. That's why I got involved with GG&SS. That's also why I think this is funny.
