USAF C-32 Lands

A USAF c-32A, a.k.a. Air Force Two, landed recently at Adirondack Regional Airport carrying international military officials to reportedly meet somewhere in the local area. At first blink I thought the aircraft in the picture was a E-4B.

Good post for twitter. Not good post for MetaFilter.

Having said that, thank God it wasn't Air Force Two meeting up with an E-4B. That kind of thing probably only happens in event of nuclear war, alien invasion or something equally Outside-Context-Problematic.

The Lake Placid News says they were meeting at the Whiteface Lodge, which looks a lot like the hotel in The Shining. This is getting scary, man.
