I really doubt they put that on his receipt intentionally to insult this particular guy. It's much more likely that at some earlier date, someone had been fucking around with the point of sale system and entering various "funny" items into the customer database. You could probably also find, say, "Cock Gobbler" or "Dill Doe" and so on in the same database.
