I think I figured out how the undresser does it. You see how he pulls his t-shirt up and puts it in his mouth? The bottom of the shirt is still stuck in his belt, and it's like a stretched rubber band. So when he bends over and loosens his pants the other end of the t-shirt is released which snaps both the t-shirt and the overshirt over his head; meanwhile he's doing a little "hop" while pulling his pants down so he gets his legs out of them and can bundle it all up while getting the shirts off his wrists.

Great party trick!
