If you have Acrobat reader version 5, you're apparently out of luck, and I can't get it to work in v.4 either. How are you guys making out?

Acrobat 5.0.1 works for me on Win98, first edition. I have only tried the archive files.

what browser are you using, bgm? It didn't work for me in NS4.7, but in IE5.5 it worked like a charm.

It would be really nice if you could use custom graphics. they should sell it. i'd pay $10 for a fully customizable version.
