Sounds like a McCain supporter to me. posted by gman at 5:19 PM on November 3, 2008
What the crap is this? All of the ones I've clicked on -- red, blue, green or black -- have been endorsing Bob Barr. posted by boo_radley at 5:20 PM on November 3, 2008

If you hear one saying, "I'm voting for Barack Obama because fossils belong in museums, not the White House," that'd be me. posted by baphomet at 5:25 PM on November 3, 2008 [2 favorites has favorites]

I left my message. It was kinda bitchy but I feel strongly. Shocker, I know. posted by Unicorn on the cob at 5:37 PM on November 3, 2008
"[Obama and Biden] sound like Castro's party, in Cuba, and that's why I'll be voting for McCain, who is the conservative, Christian choice we need to get back to greatness in America." posted by uncleozzy at 5:38 PM on November 3, 2008
This would be a great idea if it weren't for the fact that the only McCain one that would fail to make my asplode would be "I'm a billionaire weapons dealer hoping for war with Iran and I'm going to use the profits to kill gays". I mean, that would be awful, but at least it would be informed. posted by DU at 5:39 PM on November 3, 2008 [11 favorites has favorites]
Next up: Call a number and listen to Bjork explain why you're voting the way you are. posted by CKmtl at 5:39 PM on November 3, 2008 [4 favorites has favorites]
BP: I have paid number blocking on my phone, so I'm not worried. I've dealt with worse from the actual government, in person, and this doesn't scare me.
That said, you're probably right. I'm going to sit here and wait for McCain's aides to push me around for him. I had a modicum respect for him as a candidate until that "oh he had an inappropriate relationship with a lobbyist" crap came out... I mean, Cindy should be enough for him, right?

I am entertaining myself by listening to the McCain supporters. They seem to be divided into those that I really think are prank calls, and those that I really hope are prank calls. posted by AndrewStephens at 5:47 PM on November 3, 2008 [3 favorites has favorites]

I called and said that the people who love Obama and the people who hate him do so based on how they imagine he is, not how he really is.
At least, that's what I would have done if I had a phone and calling the States wasn't so damn pricy. posted by dunkadunc at 5:55 PM on November 3, 2008 [1 favorite has favorites]
Alright, I've listened to some more, and they're not all for Barr. Carry on.
It's a shame a lot of people are poisoning the well, though. "I'm NOT VOTING FOR THIS GUY, LOLOLOL" seem to make up a good number of calls. I'm surprised I haven't gotten rickrolled yet, though. posted by boo_radley at 6:31 PM on November 3, 2008
