Most patronising website ever?

GOOP? Yes, single link FPPs are lame, but would be interested to see if anyone can come up with something more patronising that Ms Paltrow's site (and what is with the name?) (for some reason, this link was previously on Metafilter in a totally different context.)

This post was deleted for the following reason: Posting somethng because it's bad and lacks content is not testing well with the metafilter demographic, apparently. -- cortex

Metafilter: I love being in spaces that are clean and feel nice.

I have been saying this for years but when you listen to too much Cold play, this is what happens to you.

You left out the links to most important parts- the newsletters. Latest volume.

Since I screwed up my first try at a snarky response to this blog-gone-wrong, perhaps another attempt.

Mr. Praline: Um...now look...now look, mate, I've definitely 'ad enough of this. That website is definitely deceased, and when I visited it nine years ago, you assured me that its total lack of movement was due to it bein' tired and shagged out following a prolonged squawk

There's nothing wrong with single-link posts. If you've found something interesting, post it to the front page without padding it out with stuff you found on Google so you wouldn't have a single link.

This particular post, though, is crap.

Really, this is best of the Web? Where's the novelty? What's interesting about it? An actress has a website that is pointless, alert the news.

Single-link FPPs that do nothing but express disdain for the single link are super-lame.

(And a hint--if you find yourself tagging your own FPP as "lame," just hit Alt-F4 and walk away.)

Eee. It's like a 2000s version of Brenda Dickson's "Welcome to My Home"

I guess when you've got the world figured out, you just can't help but want to share that knowledge with others.

The great thing about the newsletter is that the very first line links back to itself. This is why she is her and I am merely me :(
