Only in Las Vegas... If you're considering an elopement to Las Vegas, but don't want the friends and family to miss out, the Little White Chapel on the Strip now offers live streaming and on-demand replays of those touching moments when the Elvis impersonator goes into "Falling In Love With You". This is what the net was meant for.

French matrimonial law is much stricter, I think. There's a residential requirement and other (traditional) bureaucracy to deal with. So it's easier to jump on a plane to Vegas.

(Then again, it may be aimed at Quebecois...)

The reason I posted this? Well, my sister's getting married in a couple of weeks, in an expensive traditional ceremony at home; in the meantime, her maid of honour ran off to Vegas and got married for $200, then called home to tell people the URL for the wedding video. Now that's quite something.
