They are Somalis coffee shop warriors. According to Doug McGill who wrote an article titled "The Coffee Shop Warriors of Minnesota-Somalia."

I see these guys here all the time. They're a very lively bunch.

Yeah, I don't know who would drive our taxis without them. And many of those taxi drivers have advanced or professional degrees. It's sad what their country is doing to itself.
