Best of the rejected Threadless designs circa September 2006.

I liked Team Photo.

But come on, a clownfish?

Pretty cool, but ...um...really?

They're all the work of Glenn Jones, who had quite a run on Threadless before deciding to go it alone.

They're head and shoulders above most of the stuff I see on Threadless or BustedTees. I can't wait to see what he gets up to next.

I think those are way cool. Thanks for the sweet post.

Yes, the designs are cool. Not sure it merits a FPP.

But yeah...as an FPP?

Do favourites counteract the flags?

May I be the first to point out how this probably won't, you know, wendell.

Is there some backstory I'm missing here? I realize everyone won't like the art, or think the post is meh, but I'm feeling a little perplexed by some of the reactions.

They almost have that Mad Magazine folding page quality about them.

Heh heh. I love the tshirts. I was just curious as to whether or not if enough people favourite this post it has a bearing on the flags.

Flagged as a double comment.

The pics are make me smile, but doesn't it seem a little bluish or pepsilike to post a single link to tshirt designs?

The cool Threadless shirts are the ones that are just cool graphics.

The ones I can't stand are the ones that are "clever" visual puns.

I dunno, I really like the designs. So thanks, desjardins!

I saw this earlier and thought of posting it, but got distracted.

No, it's not something deep and meaningful, but it is ridiculously cool, so be nice to the lady for sharing.

Yeah I enjoyed them too (and am eyeing one of his calendars). Good stuff.

These are fantastic from a technical standpoint, and while they start out pretty weak they actually get funnier.

I actually did a bunch of t-shirt designs once, a couple years ago. I remember spending hours painstakingly drawing the Cleavland skyline in illustrator. Good times.

This one's great. So's the old school bike trick. Thanks, desjardins.

And jesus, groaners, there's nothing wrong with this post. It's a link to a gallery of interesting art that is also for sale. I seem to have missed when posts like that became forbidden at MeFi.

Hey, don't get mad at me...
I just bought the Lego Evolution shirt.

But I've also bought shirts from T-shirt Hell. And those posts get deleted.

There is no logic. Do not question the logic that is not there.

Be at one with the chaos. Breathe.

Oh well, I tried. Supposedly my t-shirt hell post was deleted because there was already a old t-shirt hell post a year or two ago.

I DID buy a calendar, in fact. Partly because my job actually requires a desktop calendar (especially for those like myself, who are chronologically insensitive) and because buying that many T-shirts would bankrupt me at this point.

I already own like five of his shirts, apparently. (Bought via Threadless without paying much attention to the artist.) I guess I have a favorite T-shirt guy. Who knew?

I, for one, thoroughly appreciate learning this factoid about myself, and gladly hail (*scrollscroll* .... *scrollscroll*) desjardins as an FPP genius.

(On the other hand, I've been de-lurked for less than a week. What do I know?)

Whatever haters. I like the bike shirt.

I don't get the "Lego Evolution" one. I find it difficult to believe there was ever a stage of Lego evolution where the Legomen had no heads.

Besides, everyone knows Legomen were intelligently designed.
