They're all the work of Glenn Jones, who had quite a run on Threadless before deciding to go it alone. They're head and shoulders above most of the stuff I see on Threadless or BustedTees. I can't wait to see what he gets up to next.

May I be the first to point out how this probably won't, you know, wendell. Is there some backstory I'm missing here? I realize everyone won't like the art, or think the post is meh, but I'm feeling a little perplexed by some of the reactions.

The cool Threadless shirts are the ones that are just cool graphics. The ones I can't stand are the ones that are "clever" visual puns.

These are fantastic from a technical standpoint, and while they start out pretty weak they actually get funnier. I actually did a bunch of t-shirt designs once, a couple years ago. I remember spending hours painstakingly drawing the Cleavland skyline in illustrator. Good times.

I DID buy a calendar, in fact. Partly because my job actually requires a desktop calendar (especially for those like myself, who are chronologically insensitive) and because buying that many T-shirts would bankrupt me at this point. I already own like five of his shirts, apparently. (Bought via Threadless without paying much attention to the artist.) I guess I have a favorite T-shirt guy. Who knew? I, for one, thoroughly appreciate learning this factoid about myself, and gladly hail (*scrollscroll* .... *scrollscroll*) desjardins as an FPP genius. (On the other hand, I've been de-lurked for less than a week. What do I know?)

I don't get the "Lego Evolution" one. I find it difficult to believe there was ever a stage of Lego evolution where the Legomen had no heads. Besides, everyone knows Legomen were intelligently designed.
