The semantic web as acceded from buzz and speculation to a new "Star Wars." There've been many thoughts on future applications of interoperable data formats including hypercitizenship.

I think it means we are all doomed. Or that something good just happened. Or that no one is sure what just happened. Or something like that.

In my quest for answers I found this at the original poster's web site:
