The infomercial that always gets me is the Shamwow. Only because of the dude giving the pitch. He's abrasive, practically dope-slapping the back of your head for not buying one. He's this close to calling you a retard and taking your credit card away from you.

I'm sure the towels are shit, but I find the pitch compelling.

This is the same guy behind the "Underground Comedy Movie" you might remember from years back. Supermodels on the Toilet was one of the segments chosen to illustrate just how good it could be. He also had a stroke in 2001. Really.

I'm sure the towels are shit, but I find the pitch compelling.

I googled around for consumer opinions and found that, yes, they don't work. How anyone can manage to make a towel that doesn't work is beyond me.
