A satirical newspaper...it's offered in print (for free) in Madison, Milwaukee, and even Chicago I think. Very, very funny stuff.

I just did a Google search and neither Robert Wilburn and Charles Tinsley are showing up as Staten Island historians. I have my doubts about the authenticity of this story.
