This is great - not that any of the music is particularly any anything, but that it is lots of music you young kids are into without that whole hippity-hoppity business... couch could probably use a good cleaning though, swear I can smell it through the computer... and I never understand what you whipper-snappers are up to and here, well, it looks like a lot of different stuff presented in an unremarkably unremarkable form. Which is great, lets the scum rise to the top.

Punk taught us that if you take away musical training but still have lots of passion and imagination, you can make great music. Indie taught us that if you take away the passion and imagination you can be a stoned guy playing acoustic guitar in a dorm room. And guys, WE GET THE JOKE. We also have heard Velvet Underground (and biting their lazy atmosphere does not magically grant you their songwriting skills, by the way). We get your studied artlessness and strenuously muscular slouch. We get how funny it is that your uncle who likes Andre Rieu doesn't understand the irony of your vapid effortlessness. Stop telling the joke; it was barely funny the first time.

I'm not sure who you're talking to Fleetmouse. Do you see dashboard confessional and archers of loaf when you click on these videos? I'm not an utter fan of all the bands I posted but they are all utterly and (sometimes painfully) sincere. Not a whit of irony to be found. Not a lot of "guys" either.
