Obama already needs help from superheroes?

A Spiderman comic featuring Barack Obama has already made a big impression with Spidey fans. Stan Lee did his part to make the issue a reality. Perhaps he was just afraid of Obama going over to the other side.

"the other side"? Is this a harbinger of nerd-on-nerd violence? The great DC-Marvel riots of '09? I think you comic geeks should realize that you're all on the same side.

Why does the second link go to a Star Trek trailer?

When he's in Bluntman & Chronic or Hate! Annual, then I'll be impressed.

If you search for "spiderman" under the Star Trek video you get a news segment on the story. Don't care enough to figure out how to direct link to the video. Obviously neither did the OP.

Dear stupid people who saw the Obama comic on the teevee and are already spending the gazillions of dollars that it will indubitably fetch at auction in a few years: Please read Mike Sterling's post about the comic and its availability. Wait a couple of weeks and get the second printing for cover price, or wait a few months and get it for even less.
And for the love of Christ, don't go to the same store this guy went to.

You've got the wrong guy. The video clearly says "Barrick O'Bomber".
