No. It would be Bad if you were expected to read that way, but on a purely pictorial page, why not?
B-but, what *is* this site?

Yes, please explain this odd site. Scrolling sideways, I felt like passing over some infinite spaceship...

Icon fever is a fitting name indeed. It was a chore to figure out which of those icons were links, and what was actual content on the page... And once I began scrolling to the right, I continued to see a river of icons, which are all pretty much the same black and white picture in the same size... Can I say that this lack of variety is boring?

crog, do you look at a brick wall and say "but all the bricks are the same"? This page just uses the icon motif as its brickâyou're not supposed to get involved with the individual icons. It's just a look.

rodii, you have a point and I agree with you. The array of icons is the "look" of the page. However some of those "bricks" are buttons. Keeping along with your analogy, its like looking at a brick wall and trying to figure out which bricks will open up doors to other rooms. Sure, some of the icons say, "download," "for windows," "mode," etc. However there are plenty of other icons that look the same and lead nowhere, yet look no different from the icons that are links. Perhaps it is just not my thing to go to a website where I have to move the cursor over every single icon, while scrolling to the right to find out what my options are. Tis my two cents.

Uhm.....that site was confusing.
Someone want to explain it to me, or it the whole point to be unexplainable?
::confused::

There were ten links on that page. All of them were to large blocks of iconage. Not one of them was to a single teeny-weeny icon in a big block. All were labelled. So, nu?

No, I'm not new. Just confused.
(If I misunderstood the meaning of "nu" please don't laugh at me. I'm not much of a hardcore webbuff.)

Redgie, that was meant for crog, not you (or yu). (And no, "nu" is not "new". (Maybe you need to be a Jew (or Ju), not a webbuff. (And what is a "webbuff", anyway? Someone who surfs in the nude (or newde)? :) )))
