P&G Digital Hack Contest
March 11, 2009 5:29 PM   Subscribe

P&G is having a contest to test the power of social media. They are having their agencies sell tshirts for charity. It's all for the secretive P&G Digital Hack Night. Now you know what they do at this meeting. If you're interested in helping, follow the link. 100% of profits go to disaster relief through the Loads of Hope program. If the most shirts are sold via this link, I get to award one purchaser a tshirt framed and signed by Al Gore (if you don't like him, you can get one signed by all us agency geeks instead). Contest ends at 9pm EDT today, so hurry.

This post was deleted for the following reason: I'd complain about you using a url-shortener for the link if I wasn't busy deleting this for being super lame-ass SEO astroturf bullshit. -- cortex

OR you can send me money. Paypal address on my profile. I promise to use it to relieve the total disaster of running out of beer.

PS: You don't send anything to me. Thanks for the vote of confidence Klang.

Wait wait, the self-linker profile is three comments and the self-link. You can't go bucking the trend by answering questions!

I wish social media had the power to make P&G take a long walk off a short pier.

There is a FAQ:

1. Where can I inquire about Tide or Tide products?

1. Where can I inquire about Tide or Tide products?

The very question that keeps me up at night.

Ugh. This is all over Twitter. If I was in a disaster situation, doing laundry would be pretty low on my To Do list.

Hey Spammy McSpamsalot, how did this even seem like it might be a good idea?

I don't understand what hell is going on here. Is this a self-link?

I'll bet the signed t-shirts have ring-around-the-dollar.

My grandmother said she heard that P&G was related to the devil somehow, but she is kinda crazy.

I heartily endorse this event or product!

No. I don't remember. Just delete this then. I don't know all the rules obviously. No reason for everyone to get so upset.
