I played this game for 30min before i figured out you can fix the gun position, that really makes it a lot easier.

Wow. I play a lot of shooters and that was the most enjoyable boss battle I've had in awhile. Very well done. The "Orange county" level was as close as it got to real bullet hell, though.

I got the boss to about 40% on my best attempt with the 2nd best gun, then went back to earn some points to buy the best gun. Then proceeded to beat him with nearly full life. They weren't kidding when they said that it's so powerful as to make the game un-fun!

Either I have +4 Wired Reflexes, or this game really isn't hectic enough to need a "bullet time" mode. It barely needs a smartbomb.

Maybe worshipping at the altars of Llamasoft and Cave has ruined me for games like this.

I actually died on the orange onslaught wave several times. Nearly beat the boss the first time through, mostly had to do it a second time because I got bored. Full upgrades in everything except for having the second-best gun.

But YMMV; I do stuff like refuse to continue my way through Ikaruga because that feels like cheating. (Still haven't beaten it, but hey.) The control scheme is a pretty clever twist on the arena shooter, and this could be fun if things were a bit more varied. And if it had a damn sound cue to say "BOMB AVAILABLE!".

Wow. I'm currently being totally pwned by the boss. I have best of everything... And yes, it really has taken me this long to get to the last level. I suck at video games.
