Three relatively new webcomics in the PBF and/or Cyanide+Happiness mode: Buttersafe, Dirtfarm, and Quiet Glen Mind Police

Not new at all, but still going strong are Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal and Wondermark. Dwarf Planets Destination: Slumberland Sleep Pencils T-shirt Unfortunately Gleim stopped regular updates after a few dozen strips due to a crisis of confidence, and/or bees. He hasn't stopped work on it entirely, though.
