Amusing, but it points to a problem in marks (and marking) for international companies. It's kind of scary that the best marks are now going to registered by the internationals first rather than the home kids.
Does this scare anybody else, even a twinge? It smacks of the legal system normally, outside of this exception, being geared towards the resources to get more resources.
And, heh... *how* is Microsoft going to sell Windows there?
