		<description>These consensus-based programs reveal a deep problem: the public is often wrong.  Or misled.   Or malicious.  Reminds me of the Guess the Dictator or Sit Com Character game, &lt;a href=&quot;http://66.34.41.19/dictator/dictator_faq.html&quot;&gt; where Margaret Thatcher shows up as a dictator &lt;/a&gt;  If enough people say its true, it is.</description>
