Can I just re-post something I said in this MetaTalk thread? Yes? Good. A lot of the spam I get is the closest thing to poetry I encounter in my daily life. I find myself forwarding it on to friends when I read anything particularly striking. Below are the end lines of some spam I got two years ago which reminds me of nothing so much as The Wasteland; I find the peculiar cadence and jarring juxtapositions to be quite haunting.
