Cogitate - Manipulate LEGO TECHNIC gears, beams, conveyor belts and motors to complete the ten pre-built puzzles or create your own levels. [In my case - Then watch them crash in a heap when you test them.]

LegoPedant sez: Those aren't Lego gears. Or beams.

I mean for god's sake man they have the wrong numbers of teeth and the ratios are all messed up and those liftarms aren't even the right size and..... Okay I need a girlfriend now.

It's kind of like that old John Lilly "Cogitate" album, only without the kooky ketamine addled doctor saying the word "cogitate" on a loop.

How the fuck do you change the orientation (rotation) of the beam pieces?

notsnot - Hover over the ends and you'll see some green arrows appear, then you can rotate (or stretch) them.

This game is severely buggy. I like the idea, but when I link beams, I expect them to stay linked and not pop apart when they are at rest without anything touching them.

This managed to get me irritated within minutes, sorry to say. The interface is way too fiddly, and gears and conveyor belts remain suspended in mid-air while beams don't, for no good reason. Grrr.

Really love the concept and presentation. The implementation could use some work. But I'm still playing...

Sorry but your game seriously sucks : "Click & hold left mouse button". Umm, no, flash doesn't support any left mouse button under most browsers. bye bye.

Fantastic Contraption is a much much better game with about the same idea, and presumable way way more content.

Flash doesn't support any left mouse button under most browsers.

Huh? Left is the normal mouse button. If you don't have a left mouse button, you don't have a mouse.

(But this game pretty much sucks, yeah. Nice idea.)
