Somnia is a 3d/2d puzzle platformer by Alex Austin and Aimee Seaver of Cryptic Sea (apologies, only a demo & windows only)

Esc key brings up resolution options. The movable light source while mentioned in the instructions does not play a part in the available demo levels (I through VI).

There is a movable light source thing in the last demo level I think, but as far as I could tell you couldn't reach it and you definitely don't need it to beat the level.
