I caught a mistake. The third pair appear to actually be Von Kaiser and Don Flamenco, with the latter wearing a fake mustache.

I'd also argue that the Dr.Mcninja t-Shirt 'Warrior Plumbers' should probably get a mention, even though it's not a picture of the copyrighted Nintendo characters mentioned above in any official, cease&desist kind of way.

These are great.

Also, I love the Super Mario Bros. movie for this type of reason. Actually trying to realize what the hell the mario bros are about outside of their super cutesy nintendo aesthetic always invariably leads to hilarity and greatness.

Am I the only one who is bothered by the fact that all the credits read "designed by" instead of "drawn by" or even simply "by"?

'Cause "designer", to me, always implies "someone who can use Photoshop but can't draw to save their life".
