ok, so here's the backstory on that picture, because it's both heart warming and heart breaking for me to see it. That is me at my 2nd xmas enjoying what would become my favorite toy of all time, my little fischer-price pre-bicycle thing. But that's also the first photograph that my parents noticed a weird spot in my eye. My right eye has a little bit too much reflection in the original. They asked the doctor to check it out and it turns out it's a cataract. Not many people know this, but I'm only sighted in one eye, and have been for life, the other lost to the cloudiness of my congenital defect. So it's funny to see this on the web, but it's also a touch depressing...

... cute. you forgot CUUUUUUUUUTE. Either the original was much clearer, or your parents were *really* observant. If my parents went by the reflection on my childhood pictures, I'd have been a regular patient of the exorcist.
