It's a joke. If you view source on the order form, you'll see that no matter what you put down for ordering information, you'll always get this "server is busy" bogus error page.

From doing a whois it appears that the person responsible is Walter van der Cruijsen, an artist. This indicates to me that it's a fake (and that I'm terribly disappointed).
