Ah, rats. It's a viral ad.

Mods, please delete this.

I want a device that makes a horrible shrieking sound whenever someone takes their hands off the home row. Not because I want to save the environment, but I think it'll really fuck up any children I ever have.

Useless. A 10" bar isn't enough for dismembering my victims cutting firewood.

I'm confused. What makes this a viral ad, rather than just an ad?

It's an ad for a piece of Mac/Windows software that plays the sound of a chainsaw every time you hit Command-P (Mac) or Control-P (Windows).

It's an ad to get people to stop using so much paper, so it's not exactly selling anything.

Booo! Ripped off, I wanted the bloody chainsaw.

I wonder how much energy they'd've saved by, like, not doing this.

You and me... out back. You may have your USB chainsaw, but I've got my USB Swiss Army Knife.

Wow! That's so cute!

Cool. I'll put it on the shelf next to my USB Toaster.

This is obviously bullshit: The chainsaw has a type A USB plug, which it shouldn't unless it's a hub or host. It should have type B.

Now can I be famous like unixrat?

Apparently the mods have decided it's worth keeping. OK, fine by me.

I have an iSawWhatYouDidThere.

Frankly, it's not the most useful bit of kit.

PRE-ORDER NOW I.SAW IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER $59.95

I don't know how to pre-order. It hurts my brain just thinking about it. Can't I just order?

How many amps does it take at 5V to make a chainsaw actually do it's thing?

I'm kind of thinking the cable would leave a fine copper plating on rest of the room as it was vaporized.
