I took an awful lot of yoga classes as a kid (part of the curriculum...I went to a montessori school, in S.F., in the 1970's, 'nuff said?).
I've taken many more classes as an adult.
If any of my childhood classes had been as insane/disturbing as this video, I seriously doubt I would still be doing *any* sort of yoga. posted by squasha at 8:04 AM on August 2, 2009
