Shouldn't that be "Chuck"?

'Fraid not. You can call him Chuck, but his nickname is "Buck."

I stand corrected.

He's a mefite too, huh?

That was a lot more amusing than I expected.

Dooce and Chuck and gang are awesome and are highlights of any day. Thanks.

since he is a mefite than wouldn't this be better placed in metatalk? or perhaps he could have mentioned his human-canine interview series on projects? even though his wife is internet famous, he is still metafilter's own and the rules are the rules, right?

This person may not have known that he was one of us.

Who cares if Jon Armstrong has a Metafilter account? I want to know his dog's username.

I didn't realize that Jon was a MeFite. I suppose I haven't been reading enough AskMes about non-Mormons living in Utah.

If this had gone through MeFi Projects first, it'd be OK. It IS OK. Leave it be and enjoy.

There's no rule saying "stuff on the web by people who happen to have metafilter accounts must go thru Projects/MetaTalk/cortex's secret clubhouse". Good stuff on the web, as long as it's not your own good stuff, goes here directly. Chuck is good stuff.

Damnit. I was so going to post this but thought "Noooooo, I'd be laughed off the internet."

I hate it when my bad ideas are actually good ideas and then someone else thinks of them.

Chuck freaks Mr. F right out, still photos ("OMG THAT DOG HAS *GIANT FANGS*") or video ("HOW IS CHUCK THAT *STILL* IT'S *SCARY*"), every single time.

It makes me giggle.
