And people want to know why I want the hell out of Atlanta. THIS is what he comes up with? And I don't know where to begin with employing homeless people in a bar. How many homeless folks are also alcoholics? (actual statistic not easily found, will leave it to your imagination.)

At any rate, by all means, blame the victim, starve the non-profit that helps the victim and while we're at it, lets criminalize being homeless. There. I'm back in the Reagan era.
