Flo Jo and family

The following line adds so much to their story: He has tried to move on with his life, but 25 years is 25 years, and he has begun to sense her again, in the wind, in his mind, as if it were yesterday. 25 years is 25 years. So true.

Beyond the ridiculous fluff, it's an interesting story. Thanks for sharing this.

There is an interesting story buried in there, but it flunks Journo 101 when FloJo dies suddenly - the pivotal moment in the entire story - and the writer never even bothers to tell us what of.

Do visible outlines of genetalia count as NSFW?
Not that I am employed or anything, but some people may care.

"By late October, the sheriff-coroner's office announced Florence had suffered an epileptic seizure brought on by a congenital abnormality in her brain. Her body had locked up while she was sleeping facedown, and she had suffocated in her pillow."

Man alive, the poor guy What a heinous thing to have to go through. Sounds like things are moving along well for him now, so good.

Flo-Jo had more mojo than J-lo and Brangelina combined. (I'm sorry, the keyboard forced me to say that.)

The packaging of that story is peculiar, but it has such a sweet core. I was mesmerized by Flo-Jo and Jackie Joyner-Kersee in the '80s, and for some reason, it's nice to know that they had a lovely man like Al Joyner in their lives.

Wow, this is an awesome story. Seconding the crying.

I'm pretty surprised at just how freaking psychic Flo-Jo was. Hoo boy.

Not anywhere I've worked, idiopath. By the time a boss gets that close, they're either reading or upset that you're wasting company time.
