Fun idea, although it lost me around 1:48.

This reminds me of when I listened to Human After All and read Akira (the manga), both for the first time in my dorm at college.

Granted, probably could have stood to make the music sync a little better, but it's a neat idea.

Lost me, too. And I am a massive fan of both TRON and Daft Punk. Needed to not fade to dialogue, and stick to matching cuts to beats.

Can I just say that dropping the beat and playing dialogue is one of the few things I really despise about most dance music. I think it all started when I tried to listen to a The Orb album back in the day and it was just people talking over beats for 10 tracks. I would have loved if it were just the beats without the stupid talking.

In case anyone didn't know, Daft Punk is doing the soundtrack for the new Tron movie.

A search for "Tron Legacy Theme", will uncover a number of copies of the supposed new Daft Punk theme for the new movie. There is a debate as to its authenticity, but in any case, it is pretty good.

I would say that's a feature of the vast, vast, vast, vast, minority of dance music. I don't think I have ANY tracks that would fit that, and I can play several full nights without repeating.

Oh I can think of a few.

But yeah, definitely not most dance music.
