Have you ever listened to Rockwell's 1984 smash hit song "Somebody's Watching Me" and realize that it needs more Castlevania? Relax. It's been handled.

Am I missing something? When I try to watch the video, it takes about 90 seconds for the title to build, it stays on-screen until 2:27 or so, and then the rest is just a black screen. What should I be seeing?

Eh. I like the original better. This remix version just sounds like a radio dial got stuck between two stations.

Also, while this is an interesting mashup, I was expecting to see video of Castlevania gameplay set to the Rockwell song, which would be even better.

I thought the same thing - that I wasn't seeing something I was supposed to see. I guess it's a testament to how well the video game music was integrated into the song. That and my apparently abysmally low ability to listen to music critically.
