I am still out to sea about this whole computer-text-to-cartoon film thing. Couldn't the creator of this found two people to act it out in an office setting? I just think it's not any good at all.

I think the stilted text-to-speech voices and blocky, herky-jerky animations actually improved on this guy's comedy stylings.

You're right. Upon trying to post it to that existing thread or the one a month later, I would have seen that they were both closed and then realized how painfully tired the whole thing is and not bothered.
Or maybe I'd have made a kooky Xtranormal video about the whole thing, with (funny!) swearing robot-voices.
