Here at Marquette, it is more an issue with copyright compliance. As far as reporting, an article ran in the paper concerning the issue. I just wonder how long it will take for an "outside agency" to notify them that there is a problem. http://www.marquette.edu/stumedia/tribune/content/n-mp3s.html

the "them" that you speak about are you talking about Napster? I believe they have been sued by the RIAA already, I'm not sure what the status of the trial is, but ABC did mention that there's a new "more robust" version due out next month.
