Found while searching for dange, a rice sweet cooked in clay pots on the roadside in Sulawesi. The contributors are professional travel writers.

Damn, now I'm hungry. At least it's lunch time here in Asia, where I'll be having... leftover pizza from Pizza Hut.

Nice find - thanks.

Regarding the oyster omelette - I've had the Fujian version and it was by far the best, mainly because of the variety of oyster used there - a very small sweet oyster.

I love Thai oyster/mussel pancakes with sriracha sauce. I didn't know that they make them in the Chinese-speaking world as well.
