But Indian Airlines takes a different view."
It's the line about "attracted many adoring eyes inside the plane and on the ground" that gets me. Clearly, a cabal of jealous, smooth-faced, unmanly pilots is behind this.

The same thing happened with Disney Corp. Facial hair was banned for employees, even those that the public never saw (there were some animators who lost in court with that issue). Strange thing is that Walt Disney himself sported a mustache.. (thanks images.google.com)
