Those are beautiful. He's captured the flow of the wind in those sculptures perfectly.

I've been to his sculpture garden on Orcas Island, WA. It's really cool stuff and great to experience it in person.

The kid passing by on scooter provides some badly-needed reference to appreciate the scale of Howe's work. A bit decorative for our taste, but absolutely gorgeous from a visual and engineering perspective.
