Ok... it's a solenoid that fires the "call" button on a mobile phone (not an unreasonable thing, if you have a cheap phone you can't control over a wire), and what I assume is a bunch of sales text machine-translated from French(?) to English.

So, what are we supposed to do? It exists, it's not terribly brilliant or terribly dumb... give me a hint here.
